All Halloscream ticketholders get to join us for a sneak peek of Squid Game: The Experience. Play Red Light Green Light from the Netflix series and be the first to get just a taste of the incredible full experience featuring even more of the iconic games.
The Red Light, Green Light Sneak Peek is included in ALL Halloscream tickets.
NEON NIGHTMARE
A BRAND NEW immersive light and sound horror attraction opens inside Sonic Neon, don't let the flashing lights fool you, there's a scare around every corner!
THE FORGOTTEN FUNHOUSE
A Halloscream fan favourite returns, not for the faint of heart, navigate through The Forgotten Funhouse, where laughter and fear intertwine in a haunting tale of lost clowns.

- A Halloscream ticket provides entry into Halloscream from 6pm on your nominated event night.
- Tickets are available online only.
- Halloscream is recommended for audiences over 14 years old due to the scary themes of the activations, however, guests of all ages and heights are welcome to attend - it is at the parents / guardians' discretion whether children are in attendance. Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
- Luna Park Sydney is a gated venue during Halloscream events, and a ticket is required by all guests to enter regardless of intention to ride.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I stay in the Park after the day’s hours of operation?
No. The Park is cleared after daytime hours of operation. All General ticketholders enter via the Face when gates to the event open at 6PM.
I bought a Park ticket instead of a Halloscream ticket (or vice versa), can I use it for Halloscream/Park Entry?
No. The correct ticket must be presented for Halloscream for entry, and Halloscream tickets are not valid for rides during normal hours of Park operation. Please email the Ticketing Team here immediately with order details for assistance if required.
I don’t want to ride- do I need a Ticket for Halloscream?
Yes, everyone requires a ticket to enter Halloscream regardless of their intention to ride. (Unless you are under 2 years of age and under 85 cm as deemed by LPS Staff).Are Annual Passes, Day Passes and Flexi Passes valid for entry into Halloscream?
Halloscream is a special event- Annual Passes, Flexi Passes and Luna Park Sydney Day Passes , including those sold via 3rd party providers are not valid for entry to this event.
A Halloscream Entry ticket valid for a nominated date is required for entry via the face when the event commences at 6PM.What is the age recommendation?
Halloscream is recommended for audiences over 14 years old due to the scary themes of the activations, however, guests of all ages and heights are welcome to attend - it is at the parents/guardians' discretion whether children are in attendance. Please note that our scare attraction requires those at red (85-106cm) or green (106-132cm) heights to enter with an adult (18+). All patrons require a ticket to enter. There are no refunds offered for change of mind.
Are there any age restrictions on entering the Halloscream Scare Attraction or Big Top Experience?
Our Halloscream attractions and experiences are recommended for those aged 14+. However, anyone can enter, in line with Luna Park Sydney ride access restrictions;
Yellow, independent entry: 132cm+
Red with adult (18+): 85-106cm
Green with adult (18+): 106-132cm
Can I bring fake axes, guns, knives etc. as a part of my costume and into the venue?
No- these items are unable to enter the venue. Please leave them at home.
How do I get a Companion Card ticket?
A carer accompanying a Guest with a disability who is in possession of a valid Halloscream 2024 ticket for the sole purpose of assisting that person will be provided with entry accreditation at no charge. Companion card holders must present their Halloscream 2024 ticket and show a valid Australian Companion Card at the entry gate to gain entry to the Event.
Where do I enter?
All General ticketholders enter via the face prior to 6PM. Gate open times will be advertised closer to the event.
Can I leave Halloscream and come back?
There are no Pass Outs for Halloscream. Entry gates do not close, so you may enter the event at any time.
Are makeup and/or masks allowed?
Halloween makeup is acceptable but must not cover your entire face for identification purposes, as Luna Park Sydney must be able to identify all its patrons during their stay with us. For this reason full face make-up and face masks are not acceptable. See examples of acceptable versus not acceptable makeup below:
What is the price of a Halloscream ticket?
General Admission - $100
Includes entry to Halloscream, Unlimited Rides all night, main Halloscream scare attraction, Immersive Big Top horror experience and iconic Coney Island.

Why haven't I received my ticket/s yet?
- Ticketholders receive a their tickets immediately after purchase. You will be able to access your tickets from your account by logging into your auto created account here.
- Please check your junk and promotions folder for correspondence from Luna Park Sydney
- It may be that an email address was entered incorrectly. Guests should attempt to log into their account
- Should guests need assistance they should email tickets@lunaparksydney.com with as much information as possible so that we can assist to locate their order.
What happens if I am unable to attend?
- Terms of sale can be found lunaparksydney.com/terms
- All sales are final.
- If you are unable to attend/someone in your group cannot attend, then you are able to pass your tickets on to others to use.
- There are no refunds or date changes for change of circumstance or plans, however, Management will consider applications of extenuating circumstances when presented via email (tickets@lunaparksydney.com) with supporting documentation, lodged before the event commences.
Are there any restrictions to entering the scare attraction or immersive experience?
Yes there are, Guests under 132cm must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Guests subject to the following conditions should not enter:
- Claustrophobia
- Epilepsy
- Fear of the dark
- High blood pressure
- Pregnancy
- Broken bones or plaster casts
- Recent surgery or illness
- Heart conditions
- Anxiety or phobia that could be triggered by these themes
- Back or neck complaint
SCARE ATTRACTION: Guests are required not to:
- Exhibit aggressive behaviour as it is not tolerated
- Touch anything or anyone in the attraction
- Run - Guests are required to walk at all times in the attraction
- Take food and drink into the attraction
What happens if it rains?
Halloscream is an All-weather outdoor Event. If the event is going ahead, then tickets are valid to use. If there is change with the event going ahead, all ticket holders will be notified by email and websites and socials displaying update information.
Are there considerations I need to be aware of to safely ride the rides at Luna Park Sydney?
Safety is our number one priority at Luna Park Sydney. Guests of certain proportions, height or weight may not be able to safely ride on certain rides due to the safety requirements. Safety restraints will not operate if an individual is not safely able to ride, meaning the ride will not proceed. Further information is available from Guest Relations.
