MEET OUR 20 MILLIONTH VISITOR: JESSIE

For one week we had the pleasure of being named Jessie's Luna Park from August 14th - August 20th! For this week people lucky enough to be named Jessie/Jess/Jessica/Jesse/Jese rejoiced as they visited the Park with their name gracing the famous midway banner and across social media and our website.

So why were we renamed for a week?

In June, we shared the exciting news that we were about to welcome our 20 millionth visitor since our grand reopening in 2004. We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have found our lucky 20 millionth guest, Jessie!

Jessie and her two sons Max and Hendrix were just finishing collecting their rides passes at the front ticketbox when we had the opportunity to surprise her with the incredible news that she was the fortunate winner of the ULTIMATE Luna Park prize as the 20 millionth visitor. Jessie had preplanned her visited and managed to secure her tickets through her NRMA membership at a discounted rate!

Having visited the Park herself while growing up and cherishing memories of rides like the Rotor and Tango Train, Jessie was excited to share this nostalgic experience with her children. It was an extra special occasion as one of her sons was visiting Luna Park Sydney for the very first time ever. With her third son, Felix, off to preschool and their dad, Chris, at work, Jessie wanted to treat her two eldest sons to a memorable day.

So, what did they win? 

We couldn't contain our excitement as we located Jessie and informed her that she had won three epic prizes for being our milestone 20 millionth visitor.

Annual Passes –  Jessie, her partner Chris, and all three of their children will receive Annual Passes, granting them unlimited rides for an entire year along with a 10% discount on food, beverages, and merchandise. This was particularly special because Jessie had actually planned to request Annual Passes as a gift for her sons from their grandparents. We are thrilled to check this off their wishlist!

The Ultimate Private Luna Park Experience – We will be hosting Jessie and up to 100 of her chosen friends and family for a 3-hour private curated Luna Park experience, where they will have the entire Park to themselves, with delectable food and beverage included to fuel them for all the fun. That means all the kids, her partner, grandparents and beyond will get to join her for this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Max and Hendrix have already started planning the list of mates they are inviting along for the adventure!

We will name the Park after Jessie – For 1 week during their private experience, the Park will be named ‘Jessie’s Luna Park’. Her name will grace our website, social media, and have an in-Park presence, meaning she will go down in our history books forever as our 20 millionth Guest!

 

We are so excited to present Jessie as the 20 millionth Guest, and can’t wait to share more as we switch over to ‘Jessie’s Luna Park’ for a week and have her 100 friends and family visit for their upcoming private experience.
